Description
The reducer plays the role of matching the speed and transmitting the torque between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator, and is widely used in modern machinery. According to the purpose, the reducer can be divided into two categories: general reducer and special reducer. The design, manufacturing and use characteristics of the two are different.
Working Condition
Reducers are mainly used in lifting, mining, general chemical, textile, light industry and other industries. The applicable conditions are as follows:
1. The circumferential speed of the reducer gear transmission is not more than 10 m/s;
2. The speed of the reducer high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 rpm;
3. The reducer is used for forward and reverse operation;
4. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40℃ to +40℃
5. The reducer has nine transmission ratios, nine configuration types and three low-speed shaft end types;
6. The transmission ratios of this type of reducer are: 48.57, 40.17, 31.5, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, 8.23
Features
FEATURE 1
The ZQ reducer is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel that has been carburized and quenched, with a tooth surface hardness of<=350HBS. The gears are all processed using grinding technology, with high accuracy and good contact. Hard tooth surface and medium hard tooth surface gears are allowed to be used as substitutes, with the same requirements except for the bearing capacity of the gears.

The mechanical rotation efficiency is high, with single stage exceeding 96.5%, double stage exceeding 93%, and triple stage exceeding 90%.

The linkage method of gear reducers can be direct linkage with couplings, or flexible linkage with chains and belts.
FEATURE 8
Medium extreme pressure industrial gear lubricating oil must be used. If it is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to 0 ℃ before starting.
