    Description

    The electric track turntable is a specialized equipment installed in the foundation pit for reversing (turning lines) when carrying goods or walking equipment on the track. The BZP series electric turntable consists of a frame, rotating platform, control box, etc. The rotary table body is equipped with a track, and the rotary table is composed of advanced patented rotary bearings and a workbench, which can achieve 360 degree rotation.

    Working Condition

    1. Prohibited on rainy days. Because the vehicle is powered by electricity, during transportation, if it rains, there will be a large amount of water accumulation between the tracks, which can easily cause short circuits between the tracks. Therefore, it is not suitable for use on rainy days. If emergency use is indeed necessary, certain protective and drainage measures should be taken to ensure that the power system is not damaged.

    2. Cannot be used in environments with high dust density. In production environments with high dust density, the conductivity of the track will decrease, which will affect the operation of electric flatcars

    Wheel group

    The wheels are made of crane specific wheels, and ZG55 is used for the wheels. The overall quenching, hardness of the wheel tread and inner edge HB320-380, and depth of 20mm are used for the wheels; The wheel axle adopts 45 steel quenching and tempering heat treatment, the bearing seat adopts ZG45, and the bearing adopts radial roller bearing. The axial automatic micro centering of the bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of the flat car under no-load and full load conditions and the deviation of the lateral parallelism of the track, ensuring the balance of the flat car’s operation on the track and improving its service life. After the wheels are assembled, rotate them flexibly.

    Battery

    The flat car adopts lead-acid traction batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) for traction, following the standard GB/T 7403.1-1996 “Lead acid traction batteries”. It is mainly used as a DC power source for handling trucks, forklifts, etc. used in industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, docks, and stations, and can also be used as a supporting power source in other aspects
