Description
Steel pipe lifting for crane is divided into two series, one is fixed type, and the other is adjustable type. The adjustable type will be used for different mode and different layer square billets. The form of connecting with overhead cranes or gantry cranes can be designed in accordance with the actual status.
Working Condition
1. When using billet clamps, keep both arms symmetrical to avoid uneven clamping.
2. If the billet to be clamped is large, multiple double-arm clamps can be selected to fix it at the same time to ensure the firmness of the fixation.
3. After use, it should be cleaned and stored in time.
Features
FEATURE 1
Billet( plate) lifter is used for lifting steel billet, aluminum plate &copperplate. Clamp force is produced by lever mechanism through gravity of slab.

The opening and close of clamp is controlled by auto latch mechanism.

Single or multiple slabs can be lifted.

The wide range of available square billet is 100mm-400mm.

1 Ton to 60 Ton billet handing capacity depending on the size of the lifter. Also we can provide customized steel plate lifting clamp according to client requirement.
