Description
The winch type hoist is composed of a frame, a lifting mechanism, and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is mainly composed of a pulley group, a rolling mill group, a driving device (including a formal gear pair, a reducer brake, an electric motor, etc.), and safety devices. The hoist is connected to the gate through a lifting device located on the moving pulley of the pulley group to open and close the gate. The working principle is that the electric motor drives the brake wheel coupling and reducer to drive the open gear pair and the rolling mill to rotate. The steel wire rope on the rolling mill is then lifted and lowered by the pulley and balance pulley.
Working Condition
1. Installation environment: It should be avoided to install in flammable and explosive places. Electric hoists should be installed in a stable, ventilated, dry, and temperature appropriate environment.
2. Installation location: The electric hoist should be installed at a suitable location according to the actual situation of pipeline layout, installation method, process requirements, etc.
3. Connection method: The wiring of the electric hoist should comply with relevant electrical installation specifications to ensure safety and reliability.

Steel wire rope drum
The drum is one of the core components of the hoist, and its main function is to rotate and roll the steel wire rope. The drum is directly installed on the output shaft of the reducer and rotates through gear transmission. During the operation of the hoist, the steel wire rope is wound around the drum. After starting the hoist, the drum begins to rotate, thereby achieving the pulling of the steel wire rope.
