Pulley Block

Description

Pulley blocks can be divided into fixed pulleys, movable pulleys, pulley groups, guide pulleys, etc. according to their different functions. In lifting operations, if only fixed pulleys are used, the direction of force can only be changed, and it cannot save effort: although using only moving pulleys can save effort, it cannot change the direction of force. In this way, it is necessary to connect the fixed pulley and the moving pulley to form a pulley group to meet the requirements of crane operation. There are many materials for pulleys, such as hot-rolled pulleys, cast iron pulleys, cast steel pulleys, nylon pulleys, and aluminum alloy pulleys. The appropriate material for pulleys should be selected based on the actual working weight and working environment of the crane.

Working Condition

1. Bearing capacity: The bearing capacity of the seat hanging dual-purpose pulley should meet the working load requirements and cannot exceed its rated load. During use, it is also important to pay attention to the stress state of the pulley to avoid damage caused by overloading and potential safety accidents.

2. Environmental temperature: The operating temperature of the seat hanging dual-purpose pulley should be between -40 ℃ and+80 ℃. It should not be used in high or extremely low temperature environments, otherwise it will affect the service life and safety performance of the pulley.
