Description
The simple container lifting device is directly suspended on the hook of a universal gantry crane for container loading and unloading operations. It has no power source, and the lifting and hanging between the lifting device and the container need to be achieved through the lifting and lowering of the hook, which is driven by a ratchet mechanism to rotate the rotary lock. This type of lifting device has the advantages of convenient replacement, simple structure, light weight, low cost, and is suitable for comprehensive freight yards where containers and cargo are operated together.
Working Condition
1.When the container lifting equipment is retracted or rotated, it is not allowed to collide with the container. When the lifting device is unloaded, it should be in the unlocked position. Lifting containers is prohibited in strong winds of level 6 or above.
2.When lifting, the lifting device should be fully inserted into the container lock hole and the lock should be confirmed to be in the locked position before lifting; When unloading, the unlocking switch should be activated to confirm that all turnlocks are in the unlocked position before lifting the lifting device.
3.When walking, the lifting equipment and container should be in a low position (not affecting the driver’s line of sight), and the container should not tilt. When driving on a slope, the container should be located at the uphill end, and heavy loads are prohibited from turning. Except for stacking containers, it is prohibited to operate lifting equipment at a high position.
4.No empty driving is allowed, and the lifting equipment should be adjusted to a position of 20 feet. It is strictly prohibited to park the container in the air for a long time after lifting or to leave the driver’s cab after lifting the container.
5.After completing the homework, it should be parked in the designated position, the lifting equipment should be adjusted to a 20 foot position and lowered, and the telescopic boom should be retracted. Place each operating lever in a non working position and apply the parking brake.
