    Description

    The MW22 series I-beam lifting electromagnet is suitable for lifting steel ingots, large billets, and sections. Different magnetic circuit designs are adopted for different types of steel. This series of products is divided into lifting of steel bars, billets, beam billets, and coiled wire rods (coils).

    Working Condition

    1. When the temperature of the suction material is below 100 ℃, please choose a normal temperature lifting electromagnet; If the temperature exceeds 100 ℃, please choose a high-temperature lifting electromagnet. If the temperature exceeds 600 ℃, please choose ultra-high temperature lifting electromagnets.
    2. When the duration of power on exceeds 60%, please choose high-frequency lifting electromagnets.
    3. When lifting materials in water, please choose a submersible type (with a diving depth not exceeding 100m). The parameters of the submersible lifting electromagnet are the same as those of the room temperature type. If the user requires a diving type, please specify it when placing an order.
    4. Surrounding environment temperature: normal temperature type -5 ℃~40 ℃, high temperature type -5 ℃~50 ℃, altitude not exceeding 2000m.
    5.  Equipment matching: When using a single unit, select rectification control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the consumed power (current); When multiple units are used in combination, select based on the sum of the consumed power (current) of the number of units used in combination.

    Features

    Electrical cast steel or low-carbon steel with good magnetic and processing properties are used as magnetic materials for the magnetic circuit.

    The material of the coil is generally aluminum or copper, with excellent insulation and heat resistance.

    The MW22 series adopts a dual wire package structure with high magnetic field strength, suitable for handling situations that require deep magnetic permeability.

    High frequency and high temperature electromagnets ensure the same lifting capacity as room temperature electromagnets of the same specification, while slightly increasing their own weight and reducing power consumption.

    It adopts a fully sealed structure and has good waterproof performance.

    Good heat dissipation and insulation performance, safe and reliable, and long service life.

    Lifting Magnet
