Infrared Anti-collision Device

Description

The anti-collision device is an anti-collision system for cranes, quay cranes, rail cranes, gantry cranes and other lifting equipment running on rails. The anti-collision device is used to prevent the lifting equipment from colliding during operation and provide protection for safe operation.

Working Condition

Its working principle is a laser ranging system based on a single-chip microcomputer. The system has designed a laser beam detection system. It is mainly composed of a main controller module and a laser wave transmitting/receiving module. The device is driven by two stabilized power supplies of +5V and +12V. It uses the principle that the laser propagates in the air and is reflected by obstacles. The laser transmitting/receiving integrated module group is used as the interface component. The single-chip microcomputer technology is used to calculate the time of the laser beam propagating in the air (the speed of the laser wave is the speed of sound) and process it into the corresponding distance. Then, the measured distance is compared with the set braking distance. After reaching the set value, the brake is applied in time to avoid collisions between vehicles.
