Description
The four-rope grab is mainly used with bridge or gantry cranes with two sets of lifting drums to grab all kinds of loose deposits, and perform operations such as loading, unloading, and transferring materials. Mainly supporting double girder bridge crane or double main girder gantry crane.
Working Condition
- Before operating the bucket truck, check the working site and surrounding environment to ensure safety; clean the surface of the bucket truck; check whether the power supply and equipment are normal.
- Start the bucket truck: Operate the bucket truck switch according to the on-site command requirements to start the bucket truck.
- The prime mover has the power to meet the operating performance requirements, and the braking device should provide the necessary braking torque.
- After the operation is completed, return the grab bucket, turn off the power of the bucket truck, clean the work area, and make records.
