Description
Crane wheel on rails are widely used in the overhead crane and gantry crane, rail transfer cart, transportation carriage, mill and airlines vehicle, railway locomotive, construction machinery and so on.
Working Condition
1.Wheels manufactured by any processing method should be processed to eliminate internal stress (such as thermal stress that affects performance). Cast steel wheels should be annealed before machining to eliminate internal stress, and sand should be cleaned, casters and risers should be cut, and quality defects should be checked.
2.The surface roughness of the wheel tread and the inner side of the rim is Ra6.3 according to GB/T 1031-1995, and the surface roughness of the axle hole is Rn3.2.
3.Defects on the inner surface of the wheel tread and rim are not allowed to be repaired by welding.
4.The cutting surface of the wheel should be coated with anti-rust oil, and all other surfaces should be coated with anti-rust paint.
5.Wheel vehicles should be surface quenched, and the structure should be refined before quenching. After heat treatment. The wheel surface condition should comply with the requirements in Table 17.1-106.
