Description
The horizontal deviation value of the wheels of the crane operating mechanism is an important technical parameter of the crane. If the deviation value exceeds the tolerance, it will cause rail gnawing, increase running resistance, produce vibration and noise, intensify rail and wheel wear, and greatly reduce the service life of the crane. Therefore, all types of crane manufacturing technical conditions must specify the allowable value of the horizontal deviation of the wheels.
Wheel group structure: In application, controlling the horizontal deviation value of the running mechanism wheels is mainly achieved by taking corresponding technical measures based on different product structures. A commonly used and relatively simple design structure is to assemble the wheels onto a bracket to form a wheel group, such as an angle bearing box wheel group and a trolley type 45 ° split bearing box wheel group. On the main structure of the crane, install and adjust the wheel horizontal deviation appropriately before fixing it.
